Meeting Space
Unequaled anywhere else in the Roaring Fork Valley, the Hotel Colorado's 8,350 square feet of meeting and banquet space offers something for everyone.  Five private meeting rooms accommodate as many as 750 people.  Each meeting space provides a unique experience. 

Devereux Grand Ballroom
For exhibits, conferences and banquets requiring from 400 square feet to 3,300 square feet for 160 to 400 people, select the Devereux Room.  With 16-foot arched ceilings, elegantly dressed windows, and oversized smoked-glass mirrors there are no others like this grand ballroom.

Colorado Room
The Colorado Room offers groups from 130 to 350 an elegant setting, adorned with crystal chandeliers and trimmed on both sides by the original arched windows looking onto the courtyard or red mountain views.  2260 square feet.

Teddy Roosevelt Room
This elegant 1935 square foot space accommodates 100 to 200 guests and is perfect for trade show settings, presentations, luncheons, or for simultaneous conference sessions.

The Gallery and Taft Room
These rooms are for more intimate groups of up to 50 participants and can extend a meeting outdoors to the covered veranda.  In summertime, the courtyard is ablaze with color, providing a beautiful setting for a reception alongside the floral-lined fountain. 

1983 Board Room
This is the newest addition to the meeting room line-up.  A beautifully appointed private board room able to seat 20 people comfortably.  Ideal for executive retreats or brainstorming.

Catering
The creative, professional catering staff will design exquisite custom menus to suit every taste and budget.  Options are endless for plated buffets, receptions, afternoon tea or themed banquets.  Finishing touches include distinctive décor, ice sculptures and artistic food presentations.
