Gary Culley is a talented singer/songwriter, graduate of Berklee College of Music majoring in guitar performance and songwriting, and seasoned touring artist.  As a soloist he has opened up for Emmy Lou Harris, Trisha Yearwood, Garth Brooks and Sam Bush. With his former Duo, Culley & Elliott and later Runaway Home, they won the Napa Valley New folk award and the coveted Kerrville, TX New Folk award.  They shared the stage with Peter Yarrow, of Peter, Paul and Mary, Michael Johnson, ‘Bluer than Blue’ and Bill Danoff, co-writer of ‘Country Roads’.  Since moving to Nashville from Boston Ma, Gary has written songs for Sony Tree/ATV Publishing Company and Edisto Sound Publishing. His songs have been recorded by both domestic and international artists. His song, ‘Where the Wheels meet the Road’ was recorded by the group Continental Divide. Gary has also released his own album, ‘There are Times’ and three albums with Runaway Home and ‘Flight of Dreams’ with Culley & Elliott. In between writing and touring, Gary has also been studying classical guitar with the ‘Classical Guitar Academy’ and performing intimate house concerts to large performance halls.
