Baron’s Restaurant at Hotel Colorado Casual Dining – Baron’s Restaurant named after its years of serving host to the cattle and silver in the early 1900’s in Colorado. Walter Devereux who built the Hotel Colorado himself was a wealthy silver Baron in his day. Cattle and Silver Barons amassed fortunes primarily in the late 19th century, their influence extended into the 1900’s through business expansions, Investments in the railways, political power, and legacies that reshaped the American West.
Baron’s today offers an elevated dining experience. Dine under the casual grandeur of decades of history and regional Colorado offerings. Enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner daily from 7 am until 10 pm.
Dining in the summer months on Hotels Courtyard Patio for lunches and dinners (weather permitting) begins each May through Mid-October.
