Performing Songstress, Jill Cohn has recently released her 13th album.
“Balanced on the Rail” features her Seattle Band and production by Grammy Award Winning Producer Malcolm Burn, who is best known for his work on “Red Dirt Girl” by Emmylou Harris. Fan funded, “Balanced on the Rail” is being heralded as some of Jill’s best songs to date.
Raised in a small town in Eastern Washington, A full-time musician since 1999, Cohn gained notoriety with songs placed in Dawson’s Creek, Smallville and SKINS. Jill has been an endorsee of Taylor Guitars since 2001, she was a top five finalists in the Lilith Fair Talent Search and has opened for many well-known artists including JD Souther, Shawn Mullins, Jewel and Dave Matthews.
